What type of contribution can you submit?

Type 1

Research studies

Research studies connected to educational issues and the education system.

May be presented as: oral presentation or academic poster.

Educational experiences or innovations

Systematized experiences, pedagogical innovations and proposals implemented in educational contexts.

Evidence-based analyses of educational issues, with a conceptual perspective and connection to practice.

Formats

How to present?

Oral presentation

In-person presentation grouped by thematic area.

Duration: 15 minutes for the presentation plus 5 minutes for questions and comments.

Academic poster

A visual presentation summarizing the work, displayed during the Congress, with a dedicated session for questions and dialogue with attendees.

Important: each presenter must bring their own poster stand.

Submission

Proposal requirements

  • Contribution type.
  • Format: oral presentation or academic poster.
  • Thematic area.
  • Title of the work.
  • Full name(s) of the author(s).
  • Institutional affiliation.
  • Graduate program or home institution.
  • Contact email.
  • Abstract of 300–600 words, excluding references.
  • 3 to 5 keywords.
  • References in APA 7 format.
Submissions must be sent through the form provided by the organizers and include the proposal using the required Word template. The link will be added here when available.

Evaluation

Evaluation by the Scientific Committee

Submitted works will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee. Evaluation will consider thematic relevance, internal coherence, academic quality, connection to the education system and contribution to educational improvement.

The Scientific Committee may issue full acceptance, acceptance with observations, or non-acceptance.

Academic poster

Specifications

  • Language: Spanish, English or Portuguese.
  • Orientation: vertical.
  • Dimensions: 100 cm wide × 150 cm high.
  • Laminated material is suggested.
  • Free layout with high-resolution images and photographs.
  • Must include the Congress logo and the logo of the author’s university or institution.
  • The poster, typography and images should consider universal accessibility.
  • Presenters must bring the printed poster and their own stand.

Congress Proceedings

Accepted works that are presented at the Congress will have the opportunity to be published in the Congress Proceedings. Once the Congress Proceedings is available, it will be published on this website and announced through the Master’s in Education Instagram account.
